    To ensure your withdrawal is processed successfully, please read all the information below and check the form is filled out correctly before you send it to us.

    Fortrade Withdrawal Policy

    Fortrade has a strict policy regarding monetary transactions, clients must make deposits and withdrawals from a known source in their name. Company policy is to return money by the method the funds were received and to the account it was received from.

    How long does it take to for a withdrawal request to be handled?

    All requests are processed within three business days by Fortrade. Please note it may take upto 15 days for clients to receive funds from a credit card or payment processor, Fortrade cannot guarantee when these funds will be credited to your account.

    Credit Card Deposits

    Credit Card Deposits can only be withdrawn if the funds were deposited within the previous 6 months and are limited to the original deposit amount. Any withdrawals after the 6 month period or profits made from credit card deposits must follow the below alternative withdrawal methods.

    Clients who need to withdraw profits who deposited using a credit/debit card.

    Withdrawals of funds deposited by credit or debit card are limited by the card issuer, and cannot exceed the original amount deposited. Withdrawals in excess of the original deposit may be withdrawn by providing an alternative withdrawal method:

    Wire transferDownload the withdrawal form, fill it out with your bank account details and send it to email support@fortrade.com.

    Skrill: Email to backoffice@fortrade.com the requested withdrawal amount and the email address of the Skrill Account where you the amount to be transferred to.

    NETELLER: Email to backoffice@fortrade.com with the requested withdrawal amount and the NETELLER Account ID where you wish the amount to be transferred to.

    Withdrawal Priority Procedure

    1. Credit/debit card – Withdrawals requests submitted, regardless of the Withdrawal method requested, will be processed up to the total amount deposited by this method.
    2. Wire Transfer or E-wallet Withdrawals shall be used once all Credit/Debit card deposits have been completely refunded.

    All Withdrawals requests are processed in the currency in which the deposit was originally made. Should the deposit currency differ from the transfer currency, the transfer amount will be converted by Fortrade into the transfer currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
